Founded in 1989, Kings III of America is now the nation’s leader in ADA emergency telephone systems. It has installed tens of thousands of these security phones throughout the United States, providing maintenance and monitoring services for most of them. Kings III is fully integrated; it not only engineers and manufactures emergency phones, but also provides one-stop-shop solutions that include installation, maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring. 
Customer Care
At Kings III the primary focus is servicing the customers with what they need and can afford. Our philosophy is that keeping a current customer happy is much more important than gaining a new one. Happy customers will send us new ones. Because we are a private company we don’t have to cut corners to make some arbitrary, quarterly profit goal to please public shareholders or a large parent corporation. As a result our customer retention rate is amazingly high.
 
Most important to you is that we stand behind what we sell and service. In business for over 15 years, Kings III has installed over 20,000 emergency phones across the U.S. and Canada under our Turnkey Solutions program. We still service and monitor most of them. If there is a problem, we fix it – period. We can ask questions later about the “whys” and “wherefores”. Kings III understands that we are in the emergency phone business and above all the security telephones must work.

ADA Compliant
Our emergency telephones are designed to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act allowing easy access and usage by people who are physically, visually, hearing or speech impaired. 
 

Line Seizure Capability – Eliminate a Dedicated Phone Line Cost
Our patented emergency equipment is capable of seizing an existing telephone line (such as a fax line) when activated. This feature eliminates the need for a dedicated phone line. With costs for such lines averaging over $42 a month, your annual savings can be significant. Kings III continues to develop superior technology to improve its products and a number of additional patents have been applied for. 
 

Risk Management
Kings III is very much aware of the litigation and liability risk in today’s business environment, as are most  customers.
To mitigate exposure:
    • Kings III builds emergency phones for Unmatched Reliability – focusing on reliability and performance as the highest priority.
    • We take responsibility for proper installation and a high level of Service and Maintenance.
    • Kings III also provides professional monitoring with a CPR trained monitoring staff; we digitally record all phone conversations for later playback. This can be key if ever a question arises of how a situation was handled over the phone.
    • Some of our customers who have their own guard desk still use us as a back up for the very reason of risk management.
    • Our emergency call center has back up power generators, and is further backed up by a fully redundant alternate site.
    • Upon request, we will name our clients as Additional Insured Certificate Holders under our 10 million dollar liability and 5 million dollar Errors & Omissions insurance policies.
