The safety and security of your tenants and their guests is paramount. Your office staff or answering service could answer emergency telephone calls, but will they automatically know where the call is coming from and have immediate access to emergency call lists and important account information? What if there is no one Image available to answer the call? Can you afford a mistake by your staff in handling an emergency call? Kings III provides state-of-the-art, 24-hour emergency telephone monitoring services. Our courteous, professional dispatchers are Red Cross CPR certified and work in a new, modern monitoring center and offer you the best emergency monitoring solution available. In addition, each call is digitally recorded for your protection to ensure that there is no disagreement about what was actually discussed.  
Better Than 911
You could utilize your local 911 centers for "free" monitoring, but 911 can't dispatch maintenance personnel or contact property managers to handle non-emergency calls. Also, dispatches for non-emergencies or pranks may result in fines. 911 can dispatch fire / rescue, but that may not be the appropriate response in all emergency situations, non-emergency or prank situations.

Our monitoring staff is trained to appropriately handle emergency and non-emergency calls.  Additionally, by utilizing state-of-the-art monitoring systems and software, we instantly know where the emergency call originated including the exact location. The emergency call list is also instantly available to our operators who simply "click" the first number to start the dispatch process, rather than having to manually dial the number. This reduces the opportunity for dialing errors. Since we immediately know whom to contact and when, we begin the resolution of the problem right away. Emergency 911 call centers are simply not capable of providing this comprehensive service.

Our modern monitoring facility employs the latest in monitoring technology, digital call recorders, back-up power generators and includes a redundant off-site monitoring facility.
