 By utilizing our monitoring facility instead of your local 911 call center, your emergency calls are handled by professionally trained, CPR certified operators who know how to identify emergencies and that have ready access to alternative dispatch procedures for non-emergency calls. Our operators are trained to identify non-emergency calls and dispatch appropriately.


“With multiple vendors involved, how can I know that my problem will be fixed?”
When you deal with multiple vendors in the emergency telephone arena, you get a lot of finger pointing. The elevator company says the phone line is dead so it must be a phone company problem. The phone company says that they have good dial tone to their d-mark so there must be bad wiring in the building.
