Norm Nelson joined Kings III as COO in July 2018. Nelson comes to Kings III from Vivint Inc, the largest smart home company in the United States with over 1.3 million customers. His most recent role was that of Senior Director, Field Operations Planning and Deployment, where he managed several key field functions, including workforce planning and analytics, scheduling and dispatch management, and inventory and asset management for all of Vivint’s field professionals across the U.S . Prior to that, Norm was the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Director of Central Station.

Nelson was the 2017 Stevie Gold winner for Customer Service Executive of the Year as awarded by American Business Awards, and under his leadership Vivint won the 2016 Gold Stevie for Best Large Call Center.

Nelson’s extensive experience leading call center, field operations and client services teams will prove valuable as Kings III continues its accelerated growth. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Nelson is married with four children and is an active volunteer with his church, in his community and with youth programs.
