Customer Retention Rate
Are your customers asking about emergency phone monitoring? Or, does the nature of your business present challenges for their elevator phones? Kings III can help you provide a complete solution for your customer while creating an additional revenue stream for your company.
How Does Our Referral Program Work?
What our referral program is not, is a one size fits all solution. We’ve been partnering with companies like yours for years and we understand what works for one might not work for others. Some partners come to us through an initial job we can help with. One job leads to another, and then another. With the changing codes and advancement in technology, many partners seek us out as a source of expertise in this field and a way of providing cost savings to their existing customer base. For those, we are happy to discuss ways that work best to get the word out and provide a positive experience and superior service to their customers. All of our partners enjoy a custom web page for quick and easy lead submission, monthly reporting showing referrals submitted, proposals sent, and installed units. Additionally, any marketing materials needed will be supplied by Kings III.
Kings III Referral Program Benefits:
- Additional Revenue Stream: You will receive $200 per phone we install as a result of your referral. This would include all elevator AND pool phones on the property that signs up for new service with Kings III.
- Build a True Relationship: Our goal is to create a win-win-win situation for you, the customer, and Kings III. To do that, we need to build strong relationships. Did you know Kings III customers stay with us, on average, for over 14 years? It’s something we are very proud of and a cornerstone to our business. We strive to have the same success with our partners. We want to create a meaningful relationship with you that allows lead sharing from our sales people to yours. As a partner, you will be listed as a preferred supplier in your market(s) and when we are asked for referrals from our customers, you will be the one we refer, so long as there is no conflict with other Kings III partners.
- Secure New Business: Ever been asked to go back and “sharpen your pencil” on a proposal to your customer? We’ve all been there. Working with Kings III can provide a unique opportunity for your sales people. By working with us at the quoting stage, we can bring instant value to your solution by showing the cost savings to the customer on their emergency phones. The cost savings we can provide may help eliminate the need for you to adjust your quote.
Kings III is a dedicated partner you can trust to take care of your customers. We hope our 30 years in the industry and 98% customer retention rate speaks for itself.

Why Your Customers Will Love Us
Imagine this: a one-stop-shop covering phone equipment, installation, ongoing maintenance and 24/7 monitoring. This clears your plate of these responsibilities and puts your customers in the hands of a monitoring partner you know will serve them well.
Ultimately, this not only saves your customers money via phone line elimination, but will also improve the quality of monitoring they receive.
If you use our phones, you know our equipment is reliable. Where we really add value is our monitoring. Our operators are more highly trained than is often required in 911 facilities, providing pre-arrival medical instruction to callers as needed. We also offer response in more than 175 languages.
The right people with the right training results in the right response. We respond to callers with the utmost care, staying on the line until help arrives, if requested. Our customers love that we keep them in the loop so they can follow up with entrapped passengers as they see fit.
All calls are digitally recorded, date and time stamped. These are provided to customers upon request and have proven invaluable for heading off potential litigation. Additionally, all Kings III phones are fully ADA and ASME compliant.
Ask us about our multi-million dollar liability, E&O and umbrella insurance policies. Customers appreciate that we are willing to add them as an additional insured.
In many cases, customers will have a dedicated line for each of their elevator cabs. Our smart line seizure technology enables true two-way communication of multiple emergency phones on a single existing line, eliminating the cost of dedicated phone lines.
Your customers aren’t using landlines? Not a problem- we offer cellular solutions as well.
