Kings III’s Response to COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in the U.S. and across the globe, we wanted to reach out and let you know what Kings III is doing in response to help mitigate risks and do our part to prevent the spread of the virus.

In times like this, our number one priority is our people and your people. Like you, we are staying on top of new developments as they are released and putting measures in place that help ensure both safety for our team and business continuity for our clients. We are assessing the situation frequently and following all recommendations from credible sources including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy and local authorities.

Internally, we continue to update and share guidance with our team members so they are fully informed on how to protect themselves, their families, their colleagues and our clients against transmission of the virus.

We are promoting the same healthy habits we assume our clients are – increased and prolonged hand washing, respiratory etiquette, discouragement from sharing office equipment and aggressive disinfectant habits. Pro Tip: If your elevator buttons are not something currently on your list for more frequent cleaning due to this outbreak, they should be. Please check out these disinfectant tips for facility managers (link).

All our corporate office team members are back in the office. Our field technicians are visiting customer sites to perform installations and complete service calls as usual, simply adhering to onsite customer protocol. Team members are aware of and actively scanning for virus symptoms in themselves, their families and those they come into contact with, communicating with management and quarantining as needed with increased flexibility in necessary sick leave.

Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our team and their families, we are also focused on continued service to our clients. We will continue to deliver the high-quality emergency monitoring service you are accustomed to.

We hope that you, your team and your loved ones are well, and we are here if you need us. We look forward to getting through this together.
