How Might Our Services Be Able to Reduce Your Costs?

Our full turnkey service is made complete with our internally developed unique line seizure technology which allows for elimination of costly dedicated emergency phone lines. Common lines seized include fax lines, access control, back office lines, secondary fire lines and HVAC lines. This setup allows for an emergency call to take precedent, temporarily, over the seized phone line until the emergency call is released. Once the emergency call is released, the active phone line opens back up to transmit a fax in progress, etc.

ETL Listed Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) solely dedicated to taking calls from Kings III customer properties. Our EDC is open 24/7/365 and staffed with Advanced Emergency Medical Dispatch (AEMD), Red Cross CPR and HIPAA certified operators.

Liability and risk exposure mitigation. We record, date and time stamp all emergency calls and provide those upon written request when needed, clearing up potential misconceptions about an event.

Individual customer call escalation list. We dispatch accordingly and also keep you in the loop. We will even contact loved ones of the entrapped.

Auto test available. Our phones allow us to remotely test dial tone and power. Monthly auto test available.
