We have varying relationships with our elevator partners, typically based on how long we’ve been working together, level of desire and immediacy in wanting to get out of the phone business, number of existing cases that need immediate action, etc. Some partners share their customer information readily and others want to get their feet wet first, trialing with a customer or a handful of customers.
